Starburst animation adjusted

Adjusted this asset to play faster, I cut the duration from 3 to 1 second with a small delay allowing the module to roll into view. I also coded it to zoom and shrink with the browser window.I can adjust this more if needed. The animation is set to be triggered upon entering viewport & upon cursor triggered rollover.
